The conversion of existing Warehouses and associated Office Buildings called for the need for specialist foundations to support the new structures. 500mm diameter bored piles were need to support 45 tonne axial loads and with very little room to work within and as little as 4.5m headroom this presented Piling Solutions with an ideal opportunity to show off our abilities and install piles to depth in excess of 20m.
