Developed in collaboration with a UK manufacturer to our specification, the TD1000 is especially designed for today’s limited access and low headroom piling market. With an onboard power pack and extendible mast, the TD1000 is one of the most versatile small driven rigs currently available.

Consisting primarily of a 1000kg drop hammer, mounted on a rubber-tracked base machine, the TD1000 is capable of installing bottom driven permanently cased steel piles of 150mm - 350mm diameter. Its versatile design and powerful PL5B winch allows for the use of various drop hammers up to one tonne in weight. The TD1000’s adjustable mast gives it even more flexibility with an ability to work in as little as 2480mm of headroom, but when working space allows, the rig can extend to a height of 3480mm with a working width of as little as 1210mm. The telescopic mast can also accommodate for the installation of raking piles at angles of between -5° to +75° to the vertical. The rig is powered by an onboard 25hp (i.e. 19kW) super silenced hydraulic power pack.
