The Stealth T15000 from Piling Equipment Specialists is a specialist mini-piling rig that has been developed especially for today’s limited access, low headroom piling market. Although compact in size it boasts a large range of features and is actually more powerful than many much larger traditional piling rigs.

The Stealth T15000 Drilling Rig comprises of a 4.5 tonne drill mounted on steel crawler tracks. It is capable of maneuvering through restricted access areas, such as a standard house doorway, of 780mm in width and under a restricted height of 1600mm. The additional benefit of out-riggers, together with a side tilting mast makes the Stealth T15000 an ideal machine for setting up on site. The T15000 is driven by twin motors with a maximum capacity of 1500N/m torque. Working in conjunction with hydraulic clamps, this provides more than adequate power to install up to 505mm diameter Temporary Steel Cased Liners. The T15000 boasts a two stage mast height of up to 3200mm, enabling the Driller to “flush” out the pile. With the simple change of a drill adaptor, the T15000 is capable of rotary hammer work of up to 350mm is diameter. The T15000 is also fitted with a ‘swing’ gear box. When used in conjunction with the auxiliary winch (with a pull out force of 2000kg), it can assist the operator to lift heavy accessories in to place. The Stealth T15000 has the capability to tilt its mast angle from -5 degrees to +90 degrees, which gives it the ability to drill at any angle to the horizontal. When drilling vertically, the machine has a hydraulic spotting ram to add rigidity/stability to the rig. The T15000 Drilling Rig comes complete with a fully towable, silent 91kW Power Pack, that can easily be detached and used up to 25.0 metres from the piling platform.
