The Clo CR18 is a 10.0 tonne mini piling rig, with an exceptional amount of power for its size. It is mounted on steel crawler tracks with stabilizing legs, that are fitted to large load bearing plates at each corner of the rig . Designed and manufactured with every aspect of the limited access piling market in mind, the CR18 is designed to go through a level piling platform width of 2200mm. To meet the quality and production needs of a very demanding market, this small (4.0 metres by 2.0 metres) but powerful piling rig makes easy work of bad ground conditions by using heavy duty 600mm hollow stem augers. Along with our permanently mounted concrete swivel, we can also provide concrete injected piles upto 30.0+ metres in depth by 600mm in diameter, dependent on ground conditions. Together with the heavy duty 3.0 tonne service winch, with unique top swivel, the CR18 is able to pull/lift heavy accessories from a wide angle around the site, making light work of the heaviest jobs. By the use of a hydraulic gear box side shift system together with the auxiliary winch, the installation and extraction of the augers is made simple.
