The CA25 piling rig was especially designed and developed by Piling Solutions Ltd to undertake large diameter, limited access, rotary augered piling works up to 1000mm in diameter. The CA25 is equipped with a telescopic mast which allows for three different Kelly bar sizes and uses an innovative "bottom drive gear" system develped and proven in our CA40 CFA limited access rig. This has been provided with oscillating rams so that the rig has the torque to insert and remove temporary casings. Using our inovative designed sectional temporary casing the bore can be lined to maintain its integrity strata. With a low centre of gravity the squat rig is inherently stable for safe works alongside other infrastucture including roads nad railways.
